Welcome to Virtually Yours Cheshire
Hi, I'm Steph — and I've spent my entire career helping people get organised, communicate better and achieve more.
Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I built an extensive career spanning management, research, customer service, training and literacy. I've worked as a project manager, staff manager and budget manager, giving me a solid understanding of how businesses operate and what they need to run efficiently. I've led customer service teams, delivered training and tutoring, and mentored staff.
I also specialised as an information librarian with a focus on business research, so when it comes to finding accurate, relevant information quickly and efficiently, it's something I've been doing professionally for years.
Alongside this, I have a rich background in literacy, including working as a children's librarian, managing the Bookstart project, and becoming a literacy coordinator in a secondary school. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for clear communication, attention to detail and the difference the right support can make.
Now I bring all of that expertise to the world of small business.
I set up Virtually Yours Cheshire to help small business owners take back control of their time. Whether you're drowning in emails, struggling to keep on top of social media, or spending your evenings on admin instead of living your life, that's where I come in.
I'm based in Warrington and work with small businesses across the UK, handling the tasks that eat up your day so you can focus on the parts of your business that really need you.
Why hire a Virtual Assistant?
Hiring a VA is one of the smartest investments a small business owner can make.
I'm self-employed, so there's no PAYE, no national insurance contributions from you, no pension to manage and no need to even supply the coffee. You simply book the hours or package you need, when you need them — making it a significantly more cost-effective solution than taking on a member of staff.
Every hour you hand over to me is an hour you get back — to grow your business, serve your clients, or simply switch off at the end of the day.
A bit more about me
When I'm not working, I'm a mum to two little ones, and I know first-hand what it means to juggle a hundred things at once. That's exactly why I'm so passionate about helping other business owners lighten their load.
